Well it's been a full twenty-four hours. I have yet to get a reply from the 'author' who plagerized me. Since I wasn't specific about my fan fic and her's I've provided some links below that will hopefully clear up a few things- and hopefully give my side of the story a stronger backbone.

I was looking through recent Hinata fan fics at FF.Net and I was a bit...upset with what I found. Someone posted a fan fic that has a different summary and pairings; but the start of her first chapter was almost identical to one of my own! The wording was diffrent but the situations and conversations were all but the same! I normally don't overreact this badly, but...it's my fan fic idea, my situations, and descrptions and this...this...person took that from me! And I can't honestly report him/her- I'm guessing it's a girl- because they haven't plagerized me per-say since it's not word for word; but it burns my buns that this person takes pieces of my first chapter, reconfigures it a little, changes some words...and claim it as their's even though it really isn't! And of course, I can't 'complain' to FF.Net because again it's not out right copying!

It...makes me so pissed off! I already sent a warning to the 'author'- and I use that term lossely- but either I won't get a response or I'll get an angry one. But, I seriously think that I'm in the right! When I can reconize a piece of my on Fan Fiction in someone else's work, I think that I have a right to be angry! And this fic the person 'copied' has been on FF.Net for at least a year and it's been very popular so this person can not plead ignorance with me.

But, again, aside from complaining to the author there is nothing I can do, my hands are tied.

So, Remmy...anyone else...have any suggestions about what I should do?

I've given into temptation and took red_remmy's advice by taking the Mary-Sue Litmus test. Most of these character only Remmy and I will remember and be able to poke fun at the results- because Blue is a selfish biatch who only tells Remmy about her original fiction- So, for anyone else who reads this...all...0 of you, don't worry if you're confused. This entry wasn't written to exclude you: even if that is the end result.

I might be shooting myself in the foot, but I have 'returned' the realm of Fan Fiction Writing. Honestly, it was only a matter of time: a girl can only play The Sims2 so many times before becoming utterly bored out of her mind-

This isn't normal... or is it?

I've honestly never felt like this. I've felt 'bored' with writing. I've been uninspired, frustrated by writer's block or being unable to write due to time.

But, never have I been torn between wanting to write something, yet being unable to.

I know, I have a ton of fan fics to update and yes I could start working on some original pieces; but I just can't seem to write anything.

Well, I can't write anything that suits my taste.

Maybe...maybe I've just lost my touch as a writer? Now while that wouldn't be a nation-wide tragedy, I still find it...unnerving to think that all the years I've spent as a writer, suddenly reduces me to the point where I can't write anything anymore.

Seems like an utter waste of imagination, time, effort, and- this is me being egocentric- a spectacular vocabulary.

Normally I wouldn't rant about something like this if it was just for a few days, but this slump has been going on for almost a month now. And it's driving me crazy.

I...want...to...write...something...damnit!

I'm still interested in my fan ficton- all twenty plus of them- and in fact I've come up with new ideas, chapters and such; but nothing comes out 'right'.

Perhaps it's stress. I mean I love it when I get feedback from people who read my stuff, but when I see nothing but pages and pages of 'update please' or 'when are you going to update again'; just drives me crazy. I know that I was like that once too, I would pester my favorite writer's to update; but now I'm on the receiving end, I have to say that such requests are both encouraging and stress inducing.

I WANT to update, I would love to write another chapter of something...anything actually; but I just can't.

-sigh-

Okay, enough of my rant. Sorry for anyone who read this, but I just had to get that out of my system.

Notes: This will be my attempt at returning to my 'roots' of writing so to speak by unearthing some of my older original fiction pieces, fixing them up, and hopefully gleaning new inspiration as well as contuining to improve as a writer.

Eo! Me again with yet another fic update. This fan fiction was inspired by Ninja of the Night from FF.Net who had originally requested a oneshot for a ItachiHinataKakashi threesome; however I liked the plot of the oneshot too much to just leave it at that (plus I wanted an excuse to write some Hinata lemons!) So if you wish to read follow the cut, but beware there will be some slight lime content and the next chapters will be predisposed to limes and lemons so only read if you are of age!
